Deborah Grosskopf – Information Technology Consultant
Deborah brings to TD Specialties over twenty years of information technology experience. Her professional expertise includes analysis, consulting, design, implementation, managing and training of technology related operations and solutions. Deborah’s strengths are in the areas of complex problem solving, enhancing performance, cost reduction and the ability to meet deadlines.
From October 2003 - February 2004, Deborah designed and implemented a complex online set of courses using Macromedia's Authorware 7, Macromedia Cold Fusion MX, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Microsoft SQL, running on a Microsoft 2003 server environment. Students around the world are currently using the courses and we are in the processing of implementing 4 additional courses for the same customer at this time.
Deborah has extensive experience dealing with decision makers in public and private sectors in various industries. As a Systems Consultant, she designed and implemented 100+ network solutions; which included Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), server(s), desktop, printer, and other peripherals. She dealt with resolving compatibility issues between applications, hardware, and operating systems; working with vendors to optimize the configuration. She implemented complex network environments tying mainframe interfaces, Novell, Microsoft Windows, HP Unix, Sun Solaris, and Macintosh platforms increasing efficiency in accessing multiple environments.
She has established best practices, policies and procedures for operations and information technology. Over the years she has successfully implemented call center and server technology at 12 new facilities located throughout the United States and Canada.
Through her extensive experiences, she has developed a diverse in-depth understanding of the information technology industry implementing business policies, procedures, and operations. She has provided effective coaching and assistance to clients in developing technology strategies that have increased efficiencies and promoted financial success for their organizations. She is certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer on Windows 2000 Servers and Desktops. She also holds certifications as a Cisco CCNA, as well as achieved industry certifications such as Comptia A+, and Novell CNE.
